BellaCrafts We want to continue to offer all the loveliness of BellaCrafts so the following helps us to do so   

BellaCrafts Bookings TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
 
• We ask that your party is a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 30. This includes all children 2 years and over. A minimum of 8 will be charged. Smaller groups can be booked for afternoon tea and other catering options. No minimum for our tea rooms required. 
• If parents are staying you must follow the instructions of our team to ensure the safety of all guests. Please keep noise to a minimum so the children can hear the party host. Only food and drinks purchased from BellaCrafts can be consumed. Please bear in mind we can be limited on space. 
• A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to ensure your party confirmation. We cannot guarantee your date without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day and to be paid by preferably one person as this then won't detract from your party atmosphere. 
• Final numbers are needed a minimum of 7 working days before your booking. You will be charged for the highest guest number at time of booking if you have not confirmed. If numbers then again change, three working days’ notice is required. We are unable to offer any refunds after this time as staffing, catering and materials will have been purchased. Additional numbers may be able to be added. 
• We are adhering to all COVID guidelines and making your visit as safe as we possibly can. 
• We can only issue a credit note if changes are made to your booking due to Covid (no refunds) and a named PRC test will be required as proof. If your whole booking has to change dates due to Covid we would charge a £25 admin fee to help cover our costs and an alternative date will be offered. No refunds will be issued. 
• If guests unfortunately are unable to make the booking due to illness or for any other reason within three working days, we cannot issue any refund or credit note as staffing, catering and materials will have been purchased. (Credit note can be issued on a receipt of a PRC test for up to three guests) 
• BellaCrafts reserves the right to change the craft option but will always endeavour to deliver the first option chosen. Craft options may depend on difficult deliveries and shortages in the supply chain. Craft options must be chosen 14 days before the booking date as we cannot guarantee after this time. 
• BellaCrafts will not accept any liability for any injury caused to any person during the party. The hirer must ensure the health and safety of everyone present at all times. 
• Please bear in mind your booking involves crafts – we cannot accept responsibility for mishaps and/or spillages onto clothes though we endeavour to avoid it. 
• The party will occur in a specific area of BellaCrafts and we would like to make you aware that shoppers are still able to come in and out of the store unless you have exclusive hire space. 
• If we, BellaCrafts are forced to close due to further lockdowns or Covid related staffing issues, you will be offered an alternative date. No refunds can be issued. 
• We are well experienced in delivering different bookings and love to see our customers happy. Adhering to our T&Cs enables us to continue to do so.

Soft Play Party Hire TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
 
• We ask that the guests using the soft play is a maximum of 15. This includes all children and babies. We must also receive your final total of all guests using the whole space. 
• A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to ensure your party confirmation. We cannot guarantee your date without a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day and to be paid by preferably one person as this then won't detract from your party atmosphere. 
• Final numbers are needed a minimum of 7 working days before your booking. You will be charged for the highest guest number at time of booking if you have not confirmed. • Our soft play parties are for you to enjoy and therefore we provide the space, craft and food with help yourself stations offering you a unique space to run as you feel fit. We will of course be on hand if needed.

• The party will occur upstairs with a flight of stairs for access. 
• If we, BellaCrafts are forced to close due to further lockdowns or Covid related staffing issues, you will be offered an alternative date. No refunds can be issued. 
• The soft play and whole area must be returned to how you found it. If pieces are moved, please return to original place. 
• Food and drink are not allowed to be consumed within the soft play area but within the seated surrounding seated areas . This helps to keep the play zone clean for everyone. 
• Only food and drinks purchased on the premises may be consumed except for baby milk
