Mandy Papas, Health & Wellbeing Coach will be running some Mindful Crafting wellbeing Events over the winter months. The aim of the wellbeing events is to provide a bit of joy and creativity over the winter. Many of us struggle with the dark gloomy days and long evenings and Mandy is bringing the positive psychological benefits of mindfulness and crafting together to enable you to enjoy a fun and interactive evening.
The event will include guided meditations, resilience tips for keeping positive and nurtured over the winter months, craftwork time where you can use your creativity to make.......(your suggestions please) followed by coffee and cake - what a perfect combination!
